...and congratulations on taking this first step.  Finding the right therapist for you is an important step in the process of personal growth. Part of my working philosophy is that I believe we all struggle at times, particularly when the demands of life exceed our ability to manage them. Change can be scary, but therapy doesn’t have to be. I believe we all have our own answers, and I see my role as providing gentle guidance in helping you access yours.

 

Using therapeutic approaches of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Experiential, and Solution-Focused therapies, my hope is that together we can find the tools to help you reach your goals and find more fulfillment in your life and relationships. Sometimes just a small shift in perspective can turn what feels like an overwhelming challenge into an opportunity for growth and change.
