Currently accepting Aetna, Highmark, United Healthcare/Optum, and UPMC. I am also a certified out-of-network provider for Tricare East (Humana Military).

 

Reduced Fee 
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

As of 2025, I will be able to provide telehealth  services to Florida residents (see https://flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/ for further information).

 

Payment 
Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to time of appointment may result in a fee.
